No there isn't, but please don't think we are disinterested in speaking with you.
We've found with technical or account type support, with e-mail we are able to troubleshoot quicker and with most response times within hours. E-mail allows a quicker and more accurate way to communicate data, screen shots, e-mail address, or transaction IDs without our human error translating it over the phone.
Talking to real humans
You will not be bombarded with auto-response. You will be e-mailing a human whom will be responding as a human. Not an automated response of text which is not related to your issue. :)
