I'm not able to reactivate my subscription with PayPal

We try to accommodated most scenarios with payment processors, though this one has one extra step. 😎

If you have previously subscribed to CG Cookie with PayPal, and are looking to reactivate your subscription with PayPal again,  simply drop us an email to support@cgcookie.com or click the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen and we'll help get you set up. 

Info we ask to send us; 

  • What type of membership you had previously? (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
  • Be sure to say, "Yup, sign me up!" in your message so we know to click activate. When we click activate your account will be charged.
