CG Cookie's Refund Policy

As a customer, we want to make sure you're happy with your membership with CG Cookie. We recognize occasionally things don't work out. We have you covered. 

We offer a fair 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions. This is what the refund policy covers: 

• If you're not happy with the service and cancel within 30 days of creating the subscription, 
• Have downloaded less than 20 videos and or project files from the site. Basically, you cannot download the entire library and THEN ask for a refund. :) 

To request a refund, simply send us an email to support@cgcookie.com with the following information: 

• The email address associated with your CG Cookie account, 
• Reason for canceling so we can improve, 
• If you've subscribed with PayPal to help speed things up, please send us your PayPal email address. 

That's it. Of course, we'd prefer to keep you as a member, though understand things change and are happy to welcome you back when the time is right. 

Refunds depending on the bank could take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your account. Though typically show up much quicker than this.
