How to change your password
If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do it yourself in a few clicks.
- Sign in to CG Cookie.
- Click your avatar at the bottom of the left-hand menu and choose My Account.
- Select Password from the menu.
- Enter your new password under Change Password, then again under Retype Password.
- Enter your existing password under Current Password to confirm it's really you.
- Click Update.
That's it! You'll use the new password next time you sign in.
Forgot your password?
No problem. Head to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password," and we'll email you a reset link.
One tip: reset links expire after about six hours, and only the most recent one works. If you've clicked "Forgot password" a few times and are seeing a reset token failed error, request one more link and use only the newest email.
Unfortunately, it's become commonplace to have your email and/or password involved in a data breach of some kind. Not sure if your password has been compromised, sites like https://haveibeenpwned.com/ are a great first line of defense to get notified if your email address has been involved in one.
